Give the meaning of Tippani. State any five objective and importance of tippani.
    tippani is a written statement of collection of facts, information, opinions, suggestions and related clauses of rules and regulation with a purpose of taking decision. It is prepared by the lower level staffs and forwarded to authorised level for clarify unclear matters.Tippani is used for the ammendant of unclear rules and regulations and to prepare the new policies and rules. It is called memo in english.
Objectives and importance of tippani
 a. To provide information regarding problems to the decision making authority.
b. To provide suggestions and opinions of lower level to decision making authority.
c. To provide guideline for making decision in future.
d. To maintain records of decisions.
e. To amend the unclear rules and regulations.
f. To clarify the situation that is not clearly spell out by the regulations.
